VS Athletics Elite Fast Track Club in San Diego, California, is a competitive track and field club program and full member of the USATF. Our track club staff have all competed at the high school, collegiate, or professional level. We are here to develop both our student and master athletes. In addition, our team will train on the correct calendar cycle (there will be no shortcuts). We're not a social club, but instead focus on optimizing performance through the five phases of competition. Young athletes struggle because empowering information is hard to find. Our coaches show members how to train properly to attain the best results.
Our owner, Charles Rodgers, has more than 25 years of experience in athletic training and performance. He merges the skills of a traditional track coach with a cutting-edge researcher. He gives our members access to coaches who are USTAF Track Club certified for levels one, two, and three. When our members race, they race as associates of the USTAF Track Club.
Our coaches are required to attend the USA Track and Field level 1 class within six months of your hiring date. You can find that resource http://www.usatf.org/Resources-for---/Coaches/Coaching-Education/Calendar-of-Schools.aspx.
